Deadlines for contributions and receipt of original documents

The advisor must have received the monies by February 29, 2024 and forwarded them to us by March 1, 2024. The postmark date of March 2, 2024 will be proof of mailing.

If the advisor works through an agency, the agency must ensure that the money and forms are received at Beneva offices no later than March 6, 2024 (February 29 plus four business days for processing by the agency and mailing).

Please note that documents and cheques must be dated on or before February 29, 2024.

The deadline for receipt of documents is March 6, 2024 at 2515, boul. P.O. Box 10510, Sainte-Foy, Quebec, G1V 0A3.

Family Day

Please note that due to Family Day, our sales offices in Toronto, Calgary and Vancouver will be closed on Monday, February 19. However, our Client Services Department will be taking calls from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Our sales offices in Quebec City and Longueuil as well as our Client Services department will remain open.

Segregated fund transaction requests received on February 19 will be processed using the unit values in effect as at February 20.

Improvements to the Instruction Forms: Investment Accounts

Great news! To simplify and improve your experience with us, we made changes to our Investment Account Instruction Forms T087 and T097. Sections 6 and 7 now include drop-down selection menus for you to complete your investment instructions.

Be sure to open and complete the PDF documents in your Adobe app and not your internet browser.

As we continue to improve our forms and documents, always access them directly from our Beneva Document Centre so that you are using the most up to date versions.

In order to improve the processing times for your purchase or redemption transactions, we invite you to use the following forms:

Guaranteed Investment Fund (GIFs) - Pre-Authorized Transaction Program (FRA1394)
