Mailing of client statements
Your clients’ investment statements, as of December 31, 2024, will soon be ready.
* The Canada Post strike ended in December. However, additional delivery delays may still occur due to the backlog.
Accessing client statements
Take advantage of this period to encourage your clients to sign up for the Client Centre. This will give them faster access to their statements and other documents.
Changes your clients will notice
The annual investment statements include the following updates
1. For security reasons, client email and date of birth were removed.
2. As a result of the January 1, 2025, rule changes to LIF disbursements under the Quebec legislation, we

We are pleased to inform you that our death claim settlement criteria are evolving for greater simplicity. As of November 1, new criteria apply to life and savings claims.

Effective January 16, 2025, any document submitted to the insurer through the electronic application that is incomplete or expired for more than 90 days will be automatically deleted from the platform.
This measure aims to ensure compliance with Beneva’s data privacy policy by safeguarding personal information, including sensitive medical data of clients. It also supports adherence to security and information management standards on the electronic application platform.
Discover the updated version of Cancellation, cash value, policy loan, partial withdrawal or withdrawal of holdings request form | FIND0208A. We’ve consolidated multiple transactions into a single form to simplify your work. The form is available in the Documentation Centre.
The new version of the form now supports the following transactions:
The FIND0208 replaces the former "Cancellation – Surrender | IND108E" (La Capitale) form, which have been removed from the Documentation Centre.
